Engineering Manager for a scaling challenger bank.
Requirements:
- Should still have some fullstack hands-on experience (React, Node, Typescript, AWS)
- Product focused and drive planning and delivery features of a SaaS solution
- Lead a team of nine engineers that include front end, backend, UX and testing
- Create a culture of respect, collaboration and drive innovation
- Experience lead development of products in Fintech sector
- Stakeholder management skills working with product owner, head of engineering, marketing and sales
