Plant ManagerLocation: Leicester Money: Up to £50,000 Hours: Monday to Friday DaysMy client is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the operation and management of all heavy plant equipment at their site in Leicester.
What you’ll need to succeed as an Plant Manager:
- Extensive knowledge of heavy plant machinery
- Previous experience scheduling works for engineers
- Health and Safety knowledge
- Previous leadership and managment experience
- Strong Problem Solving skills
Day to day duties include:
- Ensure optimal performance of plant equipment
- Manage repair activities and issues are solved within a timely manner
- Manage engineers scheduling and diairies
- Build relationships and negotitate rates with key suplliers
- Update Senior management team on plant performance
