Standard pension.We are seeking an experienced Installations Manager to join our team in Manchester. If you have a strong background in managing engineering teams and ensuring high-quality installation processes, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!The RoleCoordinate a team of engineers, ensuring efficient and effective installations.Ensure all installation processes are followed, documented, and updated consistently.Step in as an installations engineer for large projects during absences or peak periods.Provide support to the Sales team with technical insights and project planning.Deliver accurate, regular, and timely management information on customer records, completed installations, and service tasks.Provide technical support to customersMake sure all the KPIs, targets, deadlines and objectives as set and agreed with the senior leadership teamSkills & Experience requiredStrong organizational and documentation skills.Ability to handle large-scale installation projects.Knowledge of installation procedures and customer service.Ability to work well in a team, good attention to detail and strong communication skillsComputer literature including Excel, Microsoft and OutlookExperience in Telematics is essentialPrevious experience working with a CRMFull UK driving licenseIn returnMy client is offering a fantastic salary up to 45k. 25 days holiday.
