This amazing Engineering Development Manager role is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise and skills with a world leading Aviation business in Berkshire.
You will have proven and recent hands on knowledge of avionics, electronics, test equipment and NPI, so we can only consider candidates with background.
Your role will be to oversee a small but growing team of team of electronic engineers, oversee NPI including compliance and transition into production.
You will have proven capability to assess test equipment, understand how it can be improved, and research new technologies for implementation into company equipment and process.
