A very successful law firm with a thriving employment department which is established with national and international reach. This employment solicitor position can be offered at associate or senior associate level, offering flexible and hybrid working options.
What will you do?
- Give a full range of good quality respondent employment advice to employers to include:
- A mixture of contentious & non contentious work
- Employment Tribunal Work, Equality & Discrimination
- Unfair/Wrongful Dismissal
- Disciplinary & Grievance
- TUPE, Maternity & Paternity, and Redundancy
- Settlement Agreements
- Give employment law training to managers and HR teams

What will you need?
- At least 1 years’ experience as an employment solicitor or legal executive
