A leading and well-established firm are seeking an enthusiastic Employment lawyer to join their specialist team in Farnborough.

You will play a key role in providing expert legal advice and support to clients in a wide range of employment law matters.

The Employment team deals with a wide spectrum of intricate issues including but not limited to discrimination allegations, unjust termination and whistleblowing cases in employment tribunals, international senior management departures, corporate restructurings, and GDPR initiatives.

You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team, supported by specialists, as well as working with recognised "Leading Lawyers" in the Legal 500, enabling you to achieve great accomplishments in your career.

RequirementsQualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1-4 post-qualified experience in handling both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

Contentious desired but not essential.

Solid understanding of UK employment legislation case law, and best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide commercially-focused advice to clients.
