workCPI are seeking to recruit a Manager to lead the Electronics Engineering Team to help deliver our significant and growing project portfolio across multiple sectors in Electronics and provide solutions to complex technical problems.
Working within CPI’s , based at NETPark, Sedgefield, this role will involve offering innovative solutions at technology area level and to clients, contributing extensively to development and improvement activities, identifying, and addressing future needs of the team in order to deliver on area strategy.
As the Manager, you will provide high-level technical leadership and expertise and be responsible for your team’s technical delivery of projects.

To provide specific technical support to the Business Development Team relating to proposal/project development and direct customer engagement.
The person we are seeking
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
It would be great if you also had Software and Firmware experience, alongside a working knowledge of ISO , ISO and ISO .
The ideal candidate for us will be someone who is fully committed to, and actively seek opportunities to develop themselves within this exciting role.
This role would also suit a Lead/Chief Engineer with line management experience looking for a step up into line management.
