Job Title: ElectricianLocation: Trowbridge, MelkshamSalary: £40,500 plus van and fuel cardWe are looking for a talented domestic electrician or electrical engineer to join their team on a permanent basis to deliver either electrical maintenance and testing in void and occupied properties.You will be included in an out of hours rota to provide emergency cover on a rota basis.Experience working across the social housing sector would be an advantage but is not essential.You will be required to undertake a DBS check and must have a valid driving licence.Day to Day:Fault finding and electrical maintenanceEICR TestsWorking in void and occupied housing association propertiesWorking alone or as part of a small teamProviding a friendly and professional serviceRequirements:Full driving licence2391 or 2392 (desirable)18th EditionRelevant electrical qualification, City & Guilds 2330 Level 3, 2351 Levels 2 & 3 or 2360 pt 1&2. or NVQ Level 3A DBS check will be requiredFor more information please call Serena (phone number removed) OR (url removed)Build Recruitment Limited acts as an Employment Business for the supply of temporary workers and an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.
