As part of our Facilities and Maintenance Team, you will… 

- Support ourMaintenance Team to complete reactive, planned and preventative Electricalmaintenance for our Guests and projects for our Owners across the park
-Deliver day to day electrical repairs across a variety of holiday homes andunits
-Carry out full electrical connection of our new holiday homes
-Conduct annual and periodic electrical checks to issue certificates
-Keep clear and accurate records of checks, audits and renewals
- Providequality workmanship and follow all Haven Health & Safety requirementswhilst on the job

Experience and Qualifications 
You may already be a Qualified Electrician with either Domestic orCommercial experience which is great or maybe you have gained the relevantexperience and qualifications needed within a similar role in Facilities orMaintenance! All we are looking for is…

- EIC Qualified andtrained to 18th Edition regulations
- Experience of completing Electrical work within holidayhomes would be desirable but not essential
- Have a strong understanding of Health & Safetylegislation
