Job descriptionJoin RTL Group as a Working Electrical Supervisor, overseeing and actively participating in electrical operations across multiple commercial sites in the South West. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.Responsibilities: * Supervision and Management: * Oversee and actively participate in day-to-day electrical operations. * Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on-site. * Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and protocols. * Project Coordination: * Coordinate with contractors and internal staff to execute electrical projects effectively. * Conduct quality inspections to ensure electrical standards are met. * Manage project timelines, schedules, and budgets. * Inventory and Materials: * Manage inventory control and material requisitions for electrical components. * Ensure availability of necessary materials and tools for projects. * Compliance and Risk Management: * Issue permits for work and conduct risk assessments as needed. * Maintain environmental control procedures and quality standards. * Communication and Collaboration: * Collaborate with management on project progress and scheduling. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and clients.Qualifications: * Proven experience in supervising electrical projects or teams, particularly in a commercial setting. * Strong leadership and managerial skills. * In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Certifications: * SSSTS * GoldCSCS Card * 2391 T&IBenefits: * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity to work on diverse and exciting commercial projects. * Professional development and career advancement opportunities
