Options are working with a well establish M&E Contractor, looking for an Electrical Project Manager to join their experienced team in Brighton on a permanent basis. This role will suit an experienced Electrical PM with a background in building services across a variety of projects. This will cover sales/pre-construction, procurement, construction, and commercially aspects. Specifically, this can include:- Monitoring, controlling and executing the project specific delivery strategy- Carrying out all pre-construction activities in support of the design- Influencing the design process to ensure standards and timescales are met- Completion of project procurements, proposals of plant and proposals of sub-contract partners- Undertaking the continued coordination, planning and programming of the projects, instigating corrective action where required.- Taking responsibility for all day-to-day aspects of projects, including daily, weekly, and monthly Company routines, contractual obligations and preparation of financial reportAbout you:- Extensive M&E / Building Services background, with an electrical bias- Varied project experience will be beneficial- Able to influence multi-level project stakeholders to achieve project objectives- Capable of developing those around you to ensure optimal performance on projects- Comfortable with analysing and reporting financial information to multiple project stakeholders- Management and Leadership skills - to take ownership of a project, whilst leading the project team throughout the project lifecycle- Able to demonstrate a high level of competency in identifying and mitigating the risks on opportunities on a project.For this role, you must already be eligible to work in the UK without restriction.
