CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team based on static site in Liverpool Street. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in Electrical building maintenance. In return the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.Hours of workMonday to Friday 0800am to 16:00pm / 09:00 - 18:00Key duties & ResponsibilitiesLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsControl PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenanceMaintain and update Log booksPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsRequirementsElectrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3City & Guilds - 18th EditionMust be able to provide copies of your trade certificatesA proven track record in commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilledGood communication skillsClient FacingPackageUp £45000 Per Annum Overtime Available 26 Days Holiday
