We specialise in high-quality electrical installations and are looking for a talented individual to contribute to our success.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to develop and implement project plansConduct site inspections to ensure installations meet design specifications and safety standardsPrepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentationAssist in the planning and execution of electrical installations from start to finishPrepare method statements and risk assessments (with the construction team) for production activitiesPrepare reports and front-end studies including capital cost estimates, project schedules, material take-off, and tender schedulesPrepare technical and contract documentation for issue and analyse returned tendersKeep the delivery schedule up to date to control deliveriesClarify queries with the Design team through the request for information (RFI) systemMonitor progress against the program and issue progress reportsProduce look-ahead programs to assist productionCarry out Quality Control through inspections and snaggingHandle document control, recording, and transmitting informationStay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practicesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or comparableProven experience in electrical engineering within the construction industryStrong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulationsKnowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driving licence and willingness to travel to project sitesBenefits:Competitive salary range of £60,000 - £75,000+ per annum, depending on experienceOpportunity to work with a leading M&E contractor specialising in installation projectsSupportive and collaborative work environmentCareer development and progression opportunitiesComprehensive benefits packageIf you are a dedicated Electrical Engineer, we would love to hear from you.
