Electrical Compliance Manager in Greater Manchester

We are currently partnering with a leading Housing Association based in the North West , who are recruiting for an Electrical Compliance Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Our client has over 8,000 homes where they help their customers live, grow and thrive.

This is a full-time position offering a salary of £43,000 per year, and they are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Directly line managing a team of qualified contractors relating to electrical maintenance and upgrades
• Ensuring the electrical databases are kept up to date and comply with relevant legislation
• Organising and planning works relating to EICRs, fire alarm upgrades, emergency lighting and lighting
• Ensuring that all necessary compliance information and databases are maintained

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Social Housing experience ideal
• Full UK driving licence
• Knowledge of the new building safety regime
• Experience of working in a supervisory role

• 35 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 09:00-17:00
