Role Overview:TeacherActive is recruiting passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join the team, specifically for early years and pre-reception.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with young children, a commitment to their development, and the ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care and education for children in the early years and pre-reception age groups- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities- Observe and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all timesBenefits:- Competitive salary range of £28,000 to £30,000, dependent on experience- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with an increase to 30 days after 5 years and 35 days after 10 years of service- School closure during the Christmas week- Shift system with paid breaks (two 15-minute breaks and a 50-minute lunch break)- School lunch provided- 3 paid Mental Health Days per year- Appraisal system with salary increases based on performance- Opportunities for professional development, including in-house and external training- Contributory pension planQualifications and Experience:- Relevant qualification in Early Years Education (e.
