Dunbar Education is recruiting an Early Years Practitioner for a primary school based in Wellingborough.They are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their team and make a difference the early development of children to start in September. Role Overview: As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years. You will implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn and develop through play-based activities. Working collaboratively with a team of educators and parents, you will ensure each child's individual needs are met and their progress is monitored effectively. Responsibilities: Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities and learning experiences. Promoting positive relationships with children, parents and carers. Ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to, including safeguarding and health and safety. Completing regular observations, assessments and progress reports for each child.Requirements: 6 months plus experience working in a UK Primary School. Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent). Valid DBS on update Service. Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
