We are looking for a Dual Site Practice Managerto manage our two Orthodontic practices in Worthing/Shoreham-by-sea.

As a Practice Manager at mydentist:
• You will drive your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing high-quality patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• You will lead a team of support staff, including nurses and receptionists, and engage with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• You will manage compliance and meet the requirements of our regulators
• You will analyse financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions relating to business profitability
