About our client:Service Care Solutions are working with a NHS trust who deliver crucial support to individuals that are suffering with drug and alcohol addiction, what they hope to achieve in the future is to continue to make a positive difference in substance misusers lives through clinical and non-clinical recovery methods.The Ideal Dual Diagnosis Recovery Worker:Will be currently or previously working within a specialist Tier 3 treatment service, the Dual Diagnosis Recovery Worker will develop and deliver high-quality services for individuals with complex mental health and concurrent drug and alcohol problems. The post holder will be a specialist resource for mental health and substance misuse teams, providing substance misuse triage and implementing complex management plans in partnership with other teams.
