Key Responsibilities as a Drama Teacher:Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative drama lessons to secondary school studentsDevelop and implement an inspiring drama curriculum that meets the needs of all studentsEncourage student participation and create a positive and inclusive classroom environmentAssess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their developmentOrganize and direct school drama productions, showcases, and extracurricular activitiesCollaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experienceUphold and follow the policies and behaviour management of the schoolRequirements as a Drama Teacher:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentProven experience teaching drama at the secondary levelStrong knowledge of the drama curriculum and effective teaching practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
