This is a superb opportunity to join an leading Legal 500 law firm that offers specialist professional indemnity advice to a broad range of insurance clients.

The firm is recognised across the UK for its outstanding client care and high-quality lawyers.

Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Insurance Disputes team, it is now seeking to appoint an NQ solicitor to work alongside its team.

The ideal candidate will have a background in professional indemnity litigation including pre-action and litigation procedural knowledge and have experience of advising insurers and professionals on construction / legal / financial-related disputes.

The successful candidate will deliver high quality and commercially focused advice, have a strong technical competence and be able to carry out supervision of junior lawyers.

There is a steady flow of new instructions from existing clients and the firm is seeking a motivated, technically strong Solicitor with ambition, who can develop relationships and provide an exceptional level of service to its clients.

The Candidate

• An NQ Solicitor or Trainee Solicitor due to qualify in the near future
• Training seats in areas such as Professional Indemnity / Commercial Litigation / Construction
• Clear enthusiasm for professional indemnity
• Self-starting with initiative
• The ability to work as a team working on complex matters
• Great time management skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to build very good relationships with clients and potential clients
• Excellent drafting skills
• Litigation experience
