Your expertise will be critical in enabling the work of our organisation, the projects and programmes we pioneer and the culture we represent.Join us and be part of a movement that not only changes minds and outlooks but brings hope, builds communities and ensures that everyone has a voice.The Role As our Director of Fundraising and Marketing, you will drive engagement with our organisation to ensure we can create the maximum impact for our work.Taking an integrated approach to fundraising and marketing activities, you will ensure we develop our audiences, build brand reputation and drive income growth.As the leader of our fundraising function, you will create opportunities to significantly grow our unrestricted income and support funding for our ambitious Strategic Plan and growth trajectory.You will also take the lead in developing impactful marketing communications and campaigns, converting engagement into positive action and increasing our reach and profile.Everything about this role will require your passion, from the outstanding fundraising, marketing and communications strategies we need to succeed to the everyday tools you promote to ensure we are effective in our work.
