Director / Associate Director in Birmingham

Woodhouse Property Recruitment is thrilled to be assisting a modern boutique consultancy with national coverage that is searching for an Associate or Director to grow a new base in Birmingham that has an established stream of work.

Our client is a valuation specialist who predominately completes work for secured lending purposes, advising a variety of established clients, including high-street banks, challenger banks, and lenders.

There is a growing supply of instructions for capital gains, fund, and merger purposes.

They value a range of core commercial asset types with the occasional commercially viable residential asset and development.

In this role, you will report directly to the Managing Director and be given the breathing space to create and establish your team in whatever way you see fit while receiving full support from fellow teams.

You will receive a competitive salary plus your option of a company car or car allowance plus a transparent quarterly commission and bonus.
