Role Overview:

The Digital Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for monitoring several aspects of the Bank's digital presence and management of product, marketing material and customer channels. If you are an ambitious and accomplished Digital Marketing Executive wishing to take on an autonomous role, this is your opportunity. The Digital Product Marketing Manager will work closely with the bank’s Chief Commercial Officer to get the best from our digital channels, platforms, campaigns and customer journeys.


We are looking to hire someone with strong technical skills to create campaigns and analyse, track and report across the digital landscape. This varied role will span digital activation, insight and reporting, provision of digital support and the creation and management of product material to ensure fully up to date and complaint. There will also be a requirement to support on Customer Experience tasks and projects which will include:


  • Creation, management and reporting on profitability of products
  • Creation and manage on going product feature improvements, ensuring full end to end deployment and management to go live.
  • Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)


This role is ideal for someone who has gained previous experience as a Digital Marketing Executive/Assistant, preferably in a financial services environment, looking for a new challenge who wants to join an organisation with digital at the heart of its strategy.


You will have the opportunity to work closely with other teams, including Banking Operations, Lending and Customer Service.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Ownership for the creation and upkeep of terms and conditions for products
  • Ensuring all products remain compliant with policies and external regulatory requirements, are within a governance framework and deliver good outcomes for customer.
  • Creation and production of content for various digital channels and ensure content is updated
  • Management and maintenance of website and social media channels
  • Collaboration with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Measurement and reporting on performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaboration with internal teams to create and maintain landing pages and optimizing user online experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Liaise with Chief Commercial Officer to execute promotional events and campaigns
  • Plan and assist in execution initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail etc.)
  • Manage and own profit and loss for products across the portfolio
  • Report on a regular basis on the P & L of the products and the long-term objectives that align with finance
  • Managing customer and prospect data and market intelligence
  • Managing e-mail marketing campaigns and Social Media presence
  • Executing e-mail marketing campaign


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as Product marketing specialist, preferably in similar role in Loans and Savings. Minimum of two years’ proven working experience in Digital Marketing – within Financial Services would be desirable
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) and working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) and experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Eager to generate and run with original and innovative ideas
  • BSc/BA in marketing, communications or similar – or relevant industry experience if non-graduate.
