We are looking for a dynamic and digitally savvy Digital Marketing Executive to join our direct-to-consumer team.

This role focuses on leveraging our substantial European retail presence to amplify our online brand visibility and drive digital engagement.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in converting in-store customers to our digital platforms, increasing online sign-ups for marketing permissions, and building our online community via our retail customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the digital transformation of retail customer interactions, focusing on migrating our in-store customer base to our online website and app after they have made a purchase in-store.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at encouraging retail customers to register for online marketing permissions.
  • Develop and maintain a digital-first events calendar and marketing strategy that aligns with our consumer objectives, promoting online engagement through our in-store interactions.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Design, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Establish and monitor digital performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimise campaign effectiveness and user engagement.
  • Work closely with Commercial Operations to implement and execute digital strategies within the retail setting, ensuring a unified marketing approach that integrates both online and offline initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Paid Media and Product team to optimise digital customer journeys and enhance user experiences, aligning them with broader business and digital strategy goals.

About You:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, especially within a retail or consumer-focused industry, with a strong portfolio of successful digital campaign management.
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of leading multiple digital initiatives and campaigns concurrently.
  • Innovative and strategic thinker with the ability to devise effective digital solutions to marketing challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering collaboration across diverse teams and with external partners.
  • Robust analytical abilities, adept at leveraging data to drive decisions and adapt digital marketing strategies effectively.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, with a keen understanding of digital marketing trends and customer behaviour online.
  • Travel to each of our airport stores regularly across Europe is a requirement.
