The successful candidate will manage digital communications, and support in lead generation for new business. The ideal candidate will need a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, an eye for detail and excellent communicational skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to grow and develop their skillset.Role Responsibilities: * Create and manage effective digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO, PPC, email, CMS and social media. * Manage and optimise our B2B eCommerce platforms to maximise sales and increase revenue. * Analyse website traffic trends and patterns to identify opportunities for growth, ensuring our websites and products are represented correctly and consistently rank highly on all search engines. * Coordinate, plan and deliver the redevelopment of our corporate websites to generate leads for each of the regional offices. * Plan, execute and manage effective email campaigns and marketing automation via HubSpot. * Use CRM (HubSpot) to manage customer relationships, track sales activity and prepare reports for company shareholders. * Help develop the content calendar and come up with content ideas around the market verticals and segments we want to target, and products we want to feature, by developing engaging content through digital. * Have online analytical skills and the ability to translate data and trends into tangible business opportunities. * Understands how to manage consistent SEO and PPC campaigns with an external agency. * Work closely with the marketing team to develop image and video content for social media.The Successful Candidate * Strong B2B marketing experience. * Proven experience in digital marketing communications. * A can do, entrepreneurial attitude with the capability of thinking about and actioning tasks on your own. * Confident using WordPress and WooCommerce websites. * Experienced and confident using HubSpot. * Strong work ethic, a team player with a hands-on approach to all you do. * Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to deliver high quality work to meet deadlines. * The ability to work to targets and get results. * Can showcase excellent copywriting skills. * A foreign language of either French or German would be an added bonus but not essential.Quality Personnel acting as an Employment Agency & Business (rated as one of the top 3 Agencies in Milton Keynes for the 4th year running!).Please note due to volume of applications you will only be contacted if we are progressing your application
