As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative and organised Marketing Executive to lead content creation, campaign management and social media management.

Compensation

£35k-£45k depending on experience

Your profile

As a Marketing Executive working within the marketing team, you will play a crucial role in generating and supporting impactful campaigns and content creation to build awareness of our brand and the relevance of our solution. You will leverage sources such as industry news, business intelligence sources, customer activity, success stories, and collaborative team ideas. Our primary platform for these activities is LinkedIn, so we encourage you to review our profile to understand our current approach. 

This role is ideal for someone with campaign experience, strong content writing skills, creativity, and the intelligence to grow our following and engagement. It is a great opportunity for someone with experience in a small team setting, particularly within the healthcare sector, who is eager to take the initiative and contribute to our marketing efforts. Our social media presence is already envied by other much larger companies in our market, and you will be looking to build on this by giving us more focus in this area. You will be given the autonomy to enhance our social media presence and drive this part of our business forward. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Collaborate on creating content-rich campaigns for social media and targeted marketing activities 

  • Content Creation: Write compelling content for blogs, social media posts, scripts and marketing collateral

  • Industry Engagement: Stay updated on industry news and social media trends relevant to our business. Build connections with thought leaders through insightful commentary

  • Internal Communications: Foster relationships within the team to stay informed about activities that could be of market interest 

  • Multimedia Production: Assist in creating graphics and editing videos to support content and campaigns 

  • Community Building: Support the development of a community around our customers, helping them to engage and draw in other interest

  • Performance Tracking: Organise the content calendar and track activity, followers, engagement, and leads generated. Use this data to refine and enhance campaigns 

Requirements:

  • Highly self-motivated and exhibiting a strong desire to achieve

  • Emotionally intelligent with excellent written communication skills

  • Highly organised and proactive, with a willingness to take initiative 

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the UK

  • Proven experience in content writing for marketing campaigns and collateral

  • Understanding of key social networks and familiarity with related technologies

  • Proficient in multimedia and storytelling skills

  • Exposure to or direct experience within the healthcare sector is desirable
