Apply NowDeputy Nursery ManagerThis successful and Outstanding Day Nursery in Finchley, provides a secure and caring environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years to learn and grow.
Due to rapid growth, they are now looking to recruit qualified or experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join their fantastic team.
The right Deputy Nursery Manager will have a strong knowledge of Safeguarding and EYFS as well as Ofsted requirements and come strong communication skills, passion and enthusiasm for working with children and families.
Deputy nursery Manager to assist the Manager with and deputise in the absence of the Managerthe following aims: Provide safe, High Quality Care and Education for the children agedbetween 3 months and five years on a daily basis.
To fulfil legal and statutory requirements as stated by the governingbody OFSTED, EYFS, Safeguarding, Fire Safety Regulations,Health and Safety Regulations, Local Authority Regulations, FoodSafety.
To supervise and assist all members of staff on a day to day basis.
To contribute to and implement the Nursery’s policies andprocedures.
To liaise with Professional Bodies associated with The RockingHorse Nursery.
To be committed to continuous professional development andpromote this within the Nursery.
To be a positive role model for staff, parents and children at alltimes.
Salary £33-40K depending on qualifications and level of experienceRotating shifts:Opening Nursery: 7am-4pmClosing Nursery: 9.
30am-6.
