The role:

• Supervise and lead nursing staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Oversee training and development of nursing personnel, conducting performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and oversee patient care plans, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and assess residents' health status, assisting in clinical decision-making and problem resolution.
• Foster effective communication among healthcare team members and collaborate with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with care home policies and procedures, implementing and enforcing safety protocols.
• Manage nursing resources efficiently, participating in budget planning and control.
• Identify areas for quality improvement and implement necessary changes. 

What we’re looking for:

• NMC Registered
• Past experience working in a care home environment.
