Are you ready to take the reins and guide a dynamic cyber awareness training business into the future with data-driven decision-making? Stott and May have partnered with a leading brand that is seeking an experienced data lead to join their team. This is a pivotal role where you will spearhead our data strategy, develop a comprehensive roadmap, and implement data insights into web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute a robust data strategy
- Build and integrate data functionalities into our web app, ensuring seamless user experience
- Translate complex data sets into actionable insights, enhancing customer experience
- Produce comprehensive data packs and reports using R, Excel, and BI tools, presenting findings to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data strategy and implementation within a web application context
- Strong development skills with a deep understanding of data integration
- Proficiency in R, Excel, and BI tools for data analysis and report generation
- Demonstrated ability to produce and present data insights clearly and effectively
- Experience guiding and mentoring junior team members
- Confident communicator, capable of advising and influencing senior stakeholders

- Competitive salary ranging from £80,000 to £100,000, based on experience.
