What's the role about?

We are expanding our in-house analytics function and are looking for an experienced digital analytics manager who will help our trade and marketing teams continue to make data-driven decisions. Reporting to the Data & Insight Lead, the Data & Insight Manager will be responsible for actionable trade insights, digital analytics reporting and site tagging & tracking.

Who you are

  • Exceptional knowledge of Google Analytics (GA360 & GA4).
  • Highly proficient in using Google Analytics and visualisation/dashboarding tools (e.g Looker Studio and Power BI).
  • Possess solid exposure to SQL and ideally Google Bigquery.
  • A strong background and expertise in a similar role is essential.
  • Experience within a retail environment is desirable.

What you'll be doing

  • Work alongside the trade team to ensure the website is trading as effectively as possible.
  • Interrogate web analytics data and look for opportunities for improved website performance and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive web analytics strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Create and deliver regular reports on web analytics performance to key stakeholders across the company.
  • A focus on creating data sources and dashboards enabling others to self-serve on analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with the trade and marketing teams to assist with data-driven decision-making.
  • Feedback the impact of UX changes and highlight opportunities to web designers.
  • Analyse the results of tests in a statistically sound manner.
  • Maintaining documentation for web analytics implementation and measurement framework.
