We are now seeking a Data Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis to harness the power of data driven insights to propel organisational growth and innovation.

You will play a crucial role in advancing data-driven decision-making throughout the organisation by overseeing the comprehensive process of importing, cleansing, transforming, and validating data to derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyse data from various sources to identify trends, patterns and opportunities that will influence the business roadmap
  • Transform complex data into clear, concise reports and presentations
  • Proactively identify opportunities to drive faster growth and maximise customer LTV
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights
  • Design and execute A/B tests, and other experiments, to validate hypotheses and derive insights
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in business intelligence and data analytics

Person Specification

  • 4+ years of experience in a data focused role, with a strong background using excel.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with G4, including implementation, event tracking, conversion funnel tracking, and custom reporting
  • A track record of building a high level of data maturity within a growing business
  • The ability to create powerful and compelling stories through the use of data and insight
  • A proactive drive to be leading and influencing the direction of the business
  • Experience using Python or R (desirable not essential)

Interview Process

  • We will invite you to a first interview which we try to keep relatively informal, so it gives you the opportunity to share your authentic self. The hiring team will be looking to understand more about your experience and why you're interested in working with us.
  • There will be a second interview which will last a little longer, and involve some form of task to showcase your ability to do the role.
  • We then invite you to a team lunch which is an opportunity for you to meet the team you'll be joining and ask them questions about the role and wider business

Pay

  • £30,000 - £35,000
  • Quarterly performance based bonus
