Finatal is exclusively partnered with a Global Legal & Tech Advisory business in its second Private Equity lifecycle and is going through rapid growth, having exited at 4.5X. They are on a strong buy-and-build journey and are at the beginning of their data journey. They are searching for their first data hire to work across the organisation to drive a data culture and lead data-led decision-making through optimising reporting. Reporting to the CFO you will develop critical reports across finance and other areas of the business taking ownership of rolling out Power BI to the wider organisation.

Role:

• Joining the business at the beginning of their journey you will use your strong technical ability to pull data from multiple sources including NetSuite to develop detailed analysis and give visibility to the C-suite.
• You will have ownership of Power BI visualisation tool, ensuring it is rolled out efficiently and seamlessly across the business.
• Developing intuitive Power BI dashboards and reports, presenting back to key stakeholders across the business giving recommendations and key insights that will optimise their decision-making.
• This greenfield role will require you to work with the CFO to report back on key business questions and automate key financial reports transitioning from manual reporting for the FP&A team.
• In the long term you will have the opportunity to step into a strategic role.

Requirements:

• Strong track record (2+ years) in a Data analytics or BI role using Power BI for reporting and creating clear and automated dashboards.
• Experience working on finance data or closely with the FP&A team using NetSuite is highly beneficial.
• Exceptional stakeholder management experience, having worked closely with executives previously.
• Experience in a small to medium business that’s fast-growing or private equity environment is preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
