We are seeking an exceptional Data Analyst to join Maybourne Corporate Office Revenue Management team.

As a Data Analyst your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:


  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data from various sources, such as reservation systems, guest feedback, and operational records. Analyse large datasets using statistical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Data Integrity and Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency by implementing robust data governance practices. Perform regular audits and validations to maintain data quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions. Conduct root cause analysis and develop strategies to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyse the competitive landscape, including market trends, pricing strategies, and performance benchmarks.
  • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards.


Successful candidates for our Data Analyst opportunity will:


  • Degree in a relevant field such as data science, statistics, economics, or hospitality management.
  • Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g. R, Python).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and predictive modelling.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management principles is a plus with desired experience using Opera Cloud, Opera R&A, Salesforce, Cendyn experience desired.
