Customer Support Representative
Cambridgeshire
£27,000 - £35,000
Looking for experienced customer support representative with strong Wi-Fi / technical experience. Role requires for the right candidate to be managing the connectivity of Wi-Fi devices and troubleshooting issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing first line technical assistance
- Support customers with wi-fi issues
- Representing the brand to the highest level
- Provide a great service in line with SLAs and targets
Skills required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong interest in and aptitude for technology
- Understanding of WIFI systems, mobile devices, and other tech products that connect to WIFI
- Excellent communication and listening abilities
