Fossil fuel emissions are at an all-time high, largely due to factories producing iron, steel, and cement for Western markets. The new Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) law is now compelling firms to account for their supply chain emissions financially. However, CBAM demands an unprecedented level of data, which many businesses struggle to obtain.

This is where we come in!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist our customers in managing their CBAM compliance journey. Our primary customers are companies in the EU, that must adhere to CBAM regulations. You will interact with them through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events, conducting regular check-ins to understand their needs and objectives. You will help them navigate the learning curve and use our platform to manage their compliance and data needs. Your exceptional customer service will ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the world’s largest polluters to calculate their emissions. CBAM mandates that the global industrial supply chain monitor and report their emissions to their EU-based customers. This is a complex, technical process. You will create and deliver training materials and documentation to help users understand the requirements. Supported by our software platform, you will guide users by listening, sharing knowledge, and managing uncertainties collaboratively and transparently.

• Act as the bridge between the commercial and product teams. Our goal is to serve our customers. As the person who will have the most interaction with them, you will gain deep insights into what works well on our platform and what needs improvement. You will participate in product development meetings and influence the direction of our software platform.
