Sterling Recruitment Services have a number of opportunities for Customer Service/Sales Advisors to join our client based in Hartlepool.Starting salary of £23,800 + bonus ( OTE £40,000 per annum )Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pmThe role will involve contacting our clients large lists of potential commercial customers to ascertain if they are currently purchasing any of the products they offer. You will be contacting them primarily by phone, gathering information and where appropriate qualifying the business. Once this information is gained, it will be passed to the account managers to convert to an account.Key duties of the role:Making outbound calls to our business data lists in our CRM systemGathering information on customer requirementsRecording the data to be passed over to Business Development departmentPassing potential customers across to the Account Managers if they are looking for a price for an order there and thenTo learn and grow within the business and industryPerson specification:Highly motivated and drivenKeen for progression within salesA competent learner who enjoys new experiencesComfortable working in an office based environment on a daily basisPositive and focused to achieve tasksThrives in a fast paced environmentThis is an excellent time to join our client as they continue to grow.
