THE COMPANY  

Hip Pop® has experienced remarkable year-on-year growth since launching in 2019 and we’re based in the heart of Manchester city centre in the new uber-cool Huckletree space! 

Our products include multi-award-winning soda and kombucha and we’re stocked in exciting places ranging from Sainsbury’s, M&S, Waitrose & Booths to Harrods, Fortnum & Mason and even on the Manchester United first team bus!

THE ROLE  

• Handling and ownership of all customer enquiries (consumer and trade) via our communication channels (phone, email and social media) 
• Order taking & upselling 
• Contributing to strengthening the love for our brand by ensuring our customer’s expectations are exceeded every time  
• Continuous improvement of the customer journey and issue resolution 
• Reporting weekly on targets & objectives 

YOUR EXPERIENCE  

• Great communication skills – written and verbal 
• Organised detail-oriented, and passionate about great customer service 
• Analytical with a problem-solving mindset 
• Team player able to establish effective working relationships with sales, marketing and operations 
• Experience working in a successful Customer Service department 
• Experience within business systems (essential) experience using Gorgias (desirable) 
• Passionate about health & wellness
