Job Purpose 
You will act as a first point of contact for customers and help the company deliver a high quality customer experience by coordinating the internal sales activities for clients of our Coatings business. This will include handling incoming orders, preparing quotations, helping with general enquiries and attempting to resolve complaints.

Job Responsibilities  
• Manage order receipts & prioritise work to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate processing of orders in our SAP system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to handle & resolve customer complaints.
• Transfer orders through to third-party warehouse/logistics distribution teams.
• Nurture customer relationships & build an understanding of their needs to maximise sales opportunities.
• Complete registering / filing / archiving of customer service-related documentation.
• Provide insight & identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Job Requirements 
• Experience in a customer facing role.
• SAP experience advantageous
• % good GCSE or equivalent passes.
• Good at building relationships & committed to providing excellent client service.
• Proficient user of MS Office.
