This role is available due to continuing and ongoing strong business levels. Customer Service Executives Full time permanent role - opportunity to work up to 50/50 home / office based once successfully passed probationary period Mon - Fri standard office hours - 40 hours per week. The role As a Customer Service Account Executive, you will provide front line inbound telephone and email support to clients, understanding their bespoke requirements and providing a high level of customer response and service via phone and email. The key responsibilities of the role will include:- * Resolving day to day queries relating to the successful delivery of goods * Processing all customer correspondence in line with company service standards * Working closely with Customer Services and warehouse Team Leaders along with external customers to ensure the smooth running of all contracts * Managing live chat, dealing with any inbound queries and passing these on to the relevant departments within agreed time-frames Skills, experience and competencies required: Previous customer service experience, working to deadlines and service level commitments Microsoft office skills, particularly Excel & Outlook Ability to work effectively as part of a team Good standard of written and verbal communications Previous knowledge and experience of logistics / delivery services (desirable not essential at all) Please apply now for further information and for immediate consideration!
