BVS CareTutor is an e-learning company based in Chiswick, West London. We specialise in publishing e-learning and video-based training resources for the Social Care Sector.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Administrator to start as soon as possible.nThe ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with an enthusiasm for business administration, and customer service. You will be working in a small, busy and fun environment. This role will involve supporting a Sales and Operations Manager and the Managing Director.nYou will need to be good at multi-tasking, have an excellent eye for detail but also be able to support the sales and customer service team and engage with customers on the phone.

Responsibilities and DutiesnJob Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:nProvide admin support to the MDnSales reportingnAdministration of company eLearning portal (caretutor.org)nAdministration of company CRM using HubSpotnProducing Client ReportsnProducing reports of KPIs for the team and businessnManaging and updating sales and stock spreadsheets in ExcelnContact and database managementnAssisting in operations to make sure that business processes are running smoothlynLiaise with the IT support company to ensure the business IT runs smoothlynDealing with suppliers and building a sustainable relationship while aiming for cost-effectivenessnAssisting with HR AdministrationnAssisting with Office ManagementnCustomer service supportnGeneral office upkeep and ordering of suppliesnBookkeeping with Xero and Receipt BanknReconciling AccountsnSales order processing

Qualifications and SkillsnYou will have some experience of accounting software such as Sage 50 or Xero, Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel. Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Sales Force, Zoho or similar. You will be able to multi-task and have a good eye for detail.

Organised with strong time management skills and have the ability to oversee systems and processes company wide. You will have experience of working in an office based sales environment, have an excellent telephone manner and good spoken and written English.

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year depending on experience
