About the role

Do you like talking to people? Are you looking for a role in customer service? If so, we may have the job for you! Our team in Bristol are looking for a friendly, helpful person to join them. Working in the community our team are key in understanding what’s important to our diverse range of customers. Our branch is a team orientated, supportive environment where every day is different. Your main responsibilities will be talking to customers, getting to know them, completing their transactions accurately and handling their money safely. You’ll support a range of enquiries by giving information in a caring, friendly and efficient way. Being a team player is also important. Taking responsibility by finding solutions for our customers, whilst keeping up to date with our services and policies will also be important. You’ll also support our greater customer service channels by helping with administration accurately and taking telephone calls. About you

For this role you’ll already have some experience of dealing with customers and providing good customer service. This could come from retail, phone work or somewhere completelydifferent as we can train you how to use our systems and our services.

Dealing with transactions in a careful, accurate way is an important part of the role, so it would be helpful if you already have cash handling experience. You'll be talking to lots of different people so you'll like chatting and be confident with a diverse range of people.
