Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be forefront of the business for clients handling a range of queries and providing technical support in relation to the services the business offers.You will be responsible for speaking to customers over the telephone, email and webchat ensuring each query is resolved efficiently and the best possible service is being provided!
