Dealing with customer enquires via telephone and email correspondence. Logging jobs onto inhouse systems. Data Entry Liaising with engineers Creating new accounts for clients
Requirements
Confident telephone manner Previous experience in an office-based role. (essential) Computer literate Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
