Due to our rapid growth within our Customer Services team, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join the team at our Head Office.
The Customer Service team offers support to our global customer across three channels including live chat, email and phone.
Our contact is split with 20% verbal communication and 80% written.
We are a customer first focused team who are dedicated to supporting with a wide range of queries from product information to customs clearance, missing deliveries to how to return an order.
Due to our global audience, this is a Monday-Sunday role and we offer set working days including one weekend day off each week.
