    Job Description

    As a Customer Service Advisor you will be dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls assisting customers with a range of enquiries ensuring the best service and outcome for the customer.The role will be mainly telephone based and will also involve looking after a busy inbox making sure service level agreements are being met.

    Previous telephone based experience Excellent organisation skills Able to work in a fast paced environment Passionate about delivering the best customer experience
