Totally Recruitment Ltd are seeking Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client located in the Small Heath area, Birmingham.
This role is a temporary contract starting from Monday 24th June 2024 until the end of July 2024.
Duties include; Answering the telephoneDealing with customer enquiriesGeneral office administration Requirements: Previous customer service experience within a similar roleExcellent customer service skills and telephone mannerReliable Working Hours:8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday with 30 minute paid break and 1 hour lunch.
