What Will You Be Doing?nAs a Customer Service Advisor (Polish Language),nYou will be employed by Firstsource, working in collaboration with a renowned online retail brand. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting Polish-speaking customers through emails and live chat.nYou'll address their problems or questions, which may range from account inquiries, delivery status, and specific item questions to completely random queries.nTo succeed in this role, you must have proficient written Polish language skills. You will be expected to deliver an excellent customer experience, similar to what you would expect from a well-known online retailer.nThis involves addressing each customer's queries, finding the best possible resolution, and providing a unique response tailored to individual needs.nThis position requires a high level of empathy, customer focus, attention to detail, and the confidence to think creatively to solve problems effectively.
Who We Are Looking FornProficient in Polish, primarily in written form.nExperience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.nExcellent writing skills, capable of formatting responses clearly and concisely.nStrong customer focus, aiming to provide the best service for everyone.nAbility to collaborate with and support colleagues.nStrong communication skills, able to explain complex situations in an understandable manner.nFlexibility in working hours, with availability 7 days a week.
