Our client, based in Rotherham is seeking a Customer Sales Administrator to join their team on a Temp to Perm contract. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and web-based tools.

Process sales orders and maintain accurate records using our client's database.

Provide outstanding customer service, resolving queries and obtaining technical information when needed.

Source items from other suppliers when necessary.

Maintain high standards of administration to ensure maximum profitability and service levels.

Promote the company's products and services with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Essential Skills/Experience

✨ Positive and enthusiastic attitude that shines through in your customer interactions.

✨ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

✨ Ability to work independently and proactively.

✨ Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work well under pressure.

✨ Effective numeracy, literacy, and computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and OneNote.

✨ Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic working environment.

✨ A team player who can collaborate effectively.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with one hour lunch
