The Customer Insight Executive will be responsible for carrying out customer and market surveys and understanding behaviour trends to help define customer and brand strategy. They will have good understanding of our customers in both the holidaymaker and holiday home ownership markets, assisting the Head of Analytics and Acquisition analyse and define business opportunities and challenges.

What you will be doing...nAssist and with customer insight strategy and tools.nManage insight projects, including primary research (customer feedback, NPS) and customer analytics.nMaintain customer metrics for Parkdean Resorts to enhance and understand customer behaviour, lifecycle, and customer segments and demographics for both holidaymaker and holiday home owners.nAssist in interpreting and translating the results into recommendations for our internal stakeholders to actively drive product development, customer engagement, marketing campaigns and retention.nManage the relationship with external partners for qualitative and quantitative research.nWork closely the Head of Analytics and Acquisition to understand shareholder issues, translate them into insight briefs, and use the results to shape their strategy.nContribute to the preparation and delivery of regular brand and market insight updates at Business Franchise and Enterprise levels.nHelp manage consumer and customer insights activities that fulfil business customer marketing campaign requirements.nSupport the wider team in customer profiling, and subsequent product and service offeringnContinuously celebrate success and achievement with the team, ensuring a high level of consistent engagementnConsistently seek out new personal development opportunities including pre-existing courses found in the internal training brochurenEnsuring quality, compliance and Health & Safety standards across Marketing.

Some of the skills we’re looking for:nAppropriate degree or professional qualification and skill demonstrating insight and analytics.nStrong analytical and numerical skills.nAn understanding of Qualitative and Quantitative research.nGood ability to interpret results from sources such as Excel and focus group transcripts.nProject management experience.nStrong communication skills both written and verbal.nStrong attention to detail and proof-reading skills.nStrong planning and organisational skills.nFlair for creative writing and developing creative artwork.nGood presentation skills.nExceptional relationship skills.nWhatever you do, please don’t filter yourself out!
