As a Customer Side Leakage Support, you’ll bring your positive approach and attention to detail to ensure that our proactive and reactive maintenance work orders are scheduled.
You’ll schedule appointments and follow up on repairs to confirm completion.
You’ll monitor reports to ensure processes and timelines are being followed and will coordinate work so it’s carried efficiently.
You’ll have excellent knowledge of Microsoft office software and confident with IT systems (SAP Business Objects etc.
)
You can rest assured no two days are ever the same.
You’ll provide assistance to our Customer Side Leakage Managers, Technicians and Plumbers to help achieve daily objectives.
You’re self-motivated, well organised and willing to go the extra mile to deliver the best results.
You will need to be able to travel between sites, particularly to our headquarters in Snodland.
